The Wesleyan Church often has double its membership in attendance. Almost half of the participants were Roman Catholics. My point is that this is not a degeneration, it is a desacralisation and that God�s Holy Spirit acts through this process of desacralisation. I’m convinced we can learn from their emphasis on worship, their boldness in witnessing, and their outspoken faith in God. (Indeed, many of our finest and most Christ-exalting worship songs have been born out of charismatic churches.) While we do disagree with them in some areas, we agree with them in far more.

I told my wife after I read this article, it amounts to if I was to try to write on the Charismatic Movement with its various players and divisions. Indeed the gradual abandonment of Dispensationalism could have resulted in a shift to a more progressive theology and the emerging movement does look and sound quite different from the previous white, male-dominated Fundamentalism. Pentecostals include Protestant Christians who believe that the manifestations of the Holy Spirit are alive, available, and experienced by modern-day Christians.
